Natural cool brown hair dye with henna and indigo

Our Cool Brown Brunette hair dye is a blend of pure henna and indigo. Henna gives warmth and conditions the hair, and indigo deepens the colour to a natural cool brown.

We also add amla powder, which conditions the hair and reduces the redness of henna for a cooler brown. It is already weighed into your henna, so there is nothing extra to mix.

It contains no chemical dyes or additives. It is vegan, cruelty-free and suitable for all hair types, including curly and textured hair.

How to use

  1. Mix the henna powder with water into a smooth paste and leave it to develop for a few hours.
  2. Mix the indigo with warm water and stir it straight into the henna paste.
  3. Apply from roots to tips, leave on as directed, then rinse.

How much do I need?

  • 120g: short or pixie cuts
  • 240g: bob or chin length
  • 360g: past the shoulders, or a very curly bob
  • 480g: down to the middle of the back
  • 600g or more: waist length
