Delivery is by Royal Mail 1st Class, 2nd Class, 1st Class Signed, Next Day, International Tracked & Signed and International Signed

All delivery prices are shown in full before purchase.

Delivery times are estimated and shown at the time of purchase. However, Henna Boy Ltd is not responsible for any delays incurred during transportation and these delivery estimated times are advisory and are not guaranteed. 

 

Important information regarding delivery

Next-day delivery services are not priority orders. All orders are shipped in the order received regardless of the shipping option chosen. Therefore if your order is not reached either by the cutoff point stated on the website or due to demand then it will not ship until processed the following working day.

Next-day delivery does not include delivery on a Saturday or Sunday.

Every customer is required to inquire with their postal service if they do not receive their order in a reasonable time and have been informed by Henna Boy Ltd that it has been dispatched. It is not the responsibility of Henna Boy Ltd to enquire on your behalf nor are we able to do so.

International Standard is not a trackable service. Overseas customers who chose this method do so at their own risk. It will be up to the customer to determine where the package dispatched is with their postal system we are unable to provide details as to whom they should contact.

International Standard is a slower international service.

International Tracked & Signed is a priority-tracked service that also comes with limited insurance for lost/damaged items. The insurance covers the sender only not the receiver and any damages or loss should be reported upon receipt of the package with photographic evidence. We will not accept any claim without photo proof.

International Tracked & Signed takes between 5 and 10 working days but can take longer due to air traffic controls and customs delays which are out of the control of Henna Boy Ltd.

It is the sole responsibility of the customer to contact their postal service for International orders to seek information about the status of their package, pay any customs fees and have the package delivered. In instances where the package is not delivered and the customer has not contacted the postal service and the package is returned then the postage fee to return the goods to the customer will need to be paid.

Free Shipping

UK orders only and is shipped Royal Mail Second Class.  Order value must be £50 or higher. Free shipping cannot be used regardless of order value if it contains any of the following restricted goods. Premixed henna cones, Henna Cone Kits, Bulk Henna Paste.

Customs delays and lost packages

We cannot be held liable for your package being held by your customs officers. This is entirely out of our hands and we have no way to contact customs in any country.

Lost packages. Royal Mail has a policy of 15 days before they will begin an investigation into missing items. Unless you selected a tracked service such as Recorded Delivery, Next Day Delivery, or International Signed we are unable to provide ANY tracking information nor are we able to provide individual receipts for postage.

We are unable to process refunds or replacement orders until Royal Mail has notified us of the loss which takes up to 5 days after the 15 days have elapsed and Royal Mail notified of the loss.*

*We may decide to process replacements or refunds earlier and will treat each case individually.

Incorrect Shipping Address

If you have inputted or selected an incorrect shipping address then NO refund and/or replacement will be dispatched UNLESS the original items are returned or a replacement ordered. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that the shipping address is correct.

Henna Boy Ltd operates a labeling system that automatically prints the label from the inputted shipping details. NO address is manually inputted.

If you need to change your address on the system you will need to add a new address first and then make this the default address before you can delete an old address.

There are plenty of opportunities to double and triple-check the address before making payment and you customers can also double-check this on the order receipt.

Contacting Henna Boy Ltd AFTER an order has been shipped stating the address is incorrect is the customer's liability and Henna Boy Ltd is not liable for you not receiving the goods.

In instances where the incorrect address has been inputted and the goods not received nor returned the customer is fully responsible for the loss and Henna Boy will not ship or replace the goods unless ordered with the correct address.

VAT on postage within the UK and EEC

We are required under the UK and EEC VAT laws to add VAT to postage costs. For further information on this should you feel it is incorrect for Henna Boy Ltd to add VAT on postage please refer to the HMRC website which explains the way this has to be calculated.
