Our henna cone kits skip the mixing: the cones are filled with fresh paste, ready to use. We strain every batch through a fine cloth before packaging, so the paste flows smoothly for fine lines.
This professional henna cone kit has twelve cones and a bottle of henna sealant, enough for large groups, busy events, a mehndi party or a full day of client bookings.
What's in the kit
- 12 x 17g henna cones, freshly mixed with organic henna, lemon juice and lavender or cajeput essential oil*
- 1 bottle of henna sealant

How to use your henna cone kit
- If the cones arrive frozen or you have frozen them, let them thaw at room temperature for about 30 minutes.
- Snip the very tip of the cone. A smaller cut gives a finer line.
- Apply to clean, dry skin with no lotion or oil, squeezing gently from the top of the cone.
- Leave the paste on for at least 4 to 6 hours, or overnight for the darkest stain, then scrape it off.
The stain starts bright orange and deepens to a rich reddish brown over 24 to 48 hours. Hands and feet stain darkest.
Storage
Fresh henna paste loses strength at room temperature within a few days. Keep the cones in the fridge for up to a week, or in the freezer for several months.
Using the henna sealant
Once the paste has dried a little, mist it lightly with the sealant. This keeps the paste on the skin for longer, for a darker, deeper stain. Repeat a few times while the paste is on.
Tips for large groups
- Take out only the cones you need and keep the rest in the fridge.
- Have a few cones on the go if more than one artist is working.
- Simple, quick designs let you decorate more guests in the time you have.
- Practise on paper first to get used to the pressure needed.
